At LUMI, we stand behind every order. If you're not satisfied with your results within 30 days of receiving your order, simply email us at support@lumioriginals.com and we'll issue a full refund — no return required.

For lost or damaged orders, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if applicable. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost.

Please double-check your shipping address before ordering. We are unable to reship orders lost due to incorrect addresses.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
