Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original packaging, including the presentation box, foam insert, protective films, and any included materials. Protective films must remain attached, and the product must be free of scratches, cracks, damage, modifications, or other signs of use.

Items with removed protective films, missing packaging components, damaged packaging, or signs of use are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact support@lumioriginals.com with your order number. Return instructions will be provided after your request has been reviewed and approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returned items must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Returns that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging may be ineligible for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@lumioriginals.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of both the item and its packaging. We'll review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after the refund has been issued.
